QuickPlace is an end-user managed environment, and we hand over control of the QuickPlace to the Site Manager when you sign up with the hosting service. We provide the following methods of support:

1) The online help from within your QuickPlace, which links to a context-sensitive resource maintained by Lotus Development Corporation with the latest in end-user help.
2) Reference to the feedback and release notes sections of quickplace.com, a community of users who share problems and solutions.

These resources, along with the published tutorial, should answer most questions about features and usability. For technical troubleshooting, we offer the following:

1) We will respond to support requests, within reason, free of charge when sent from the Site Manager of your QuickPlace. This includes questions beyond the scope of the resources identified above and other technical questions.
2) Limited phone support will be provided free of charge to the Site Manager of your QuickPlace, for issues not addressed with the above resources.

We cannot provide direct support to the members of your QuickPlace, but encourage them to use the user help available from within any page of the QuickPlace.
